Girls and students with earlier cooking experience had significantly larger SE in cooking at each baseline and follow-up. Among those without previous cooking experience, SE enchancment was significantly higher in CWK than comparisons; this therapy impact was not present amongst those with previous cooking experience. At each baseline and follow-up, attitudes towards cooking have been more positive for the intervention college students, ladies, and people with cooking expertise .
