As I superior into my teenage years, I recall strolling by way of the Halloween sweet aisle. Next to the Reese’s and Three Musketeers had been baggage full of packs of trading cards. Full, regular packs of playing cards that Topps apparently couldn’t sell and gave them to a repack agency who offered dad and mom a substitute for handing out sugary sweets on October 31.
